How to add an ASP.NET component to Visual Studio 2015?

I already have VS installed and I can't figure out how to install an additional component? How do I get a dialog box like this one to appear?

Control Panel - Programs and Features - Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 - Change.
There you select Web Development Tools and the component you need will be installed
