Why does a site on asp.net mvc take a long time to load after being idle?

Hello!
Please help me figure out why all my sites on asp.net mvc (3,4,5) take a very long time to load after idle time.
That is, if the site has not been visited, for example, for 15 minutes, the first download lasts from 5 to 15 seconds.
Most of the ways to fix this problem that I found on the internet, I tried.
Please explain in an accessible language how you can speed up the first launch of the site after downtime

After a downtime of 10-15 minutes, the ApplicationPool serving your application is disabled. Accordingly, after a poke, the pool wakes up and loads the assemblies. Play around with the pool settings and you'll be happy.
