How to add an additional hard drive to OpenServer?

The question is:
You need to get access via php to files on another hard drive of the same computer (my computer), for example, to count the number of files in a folder.
How can I do that? Do I need to somehow "inject" the hard drive into OpenServer so that it can work with files that are located above the root directory of the domains, or is it done somehow differently? Help me to understand.
