How to add an additional administrator or transfer rights to edit DNS records in Yandex?

I use DNS hosting from Yandex - I have the site.com domain and the other.site.com subdomain bound there, the question is: can I transfer the rights to edit the DNS records of the other.site.com subdomain to another person? (or appoint an additional administrator).
I already found how to add an additional administrator for Mail here: https://yandex.ru/support/pdd/additional/additiona... - is it possible to do something similar to manage DNS records? Thanks a lot.

considering your previous question.
How is other.site.com registered?
if like this:
other IN A abcd - then nothing will work
Delegation of a subdomain is done a little differently.
other IN NS ns1.other.site.com.
IN NS ns2.other.site.com.
ns1.other.site.com. IN A abcd
ns2.other.site.com. IN A abcd
The first two lines indicate that *.other.site.com queries should use the DNS servers ns1.other.site.com and ns2.other.site.com
The next two lines indicate the addresses of these same NS servers, if they are located inside other.site.com
Since you are going to host a subdomain on Yandex, you need to do the following.
Add domain other.site.com to Yandex hosting dns.
You can immediately add a single administrator to the account.
After adding - add records like
other IN NS here_yandex_server_names to the site.com domain
as many times as there are dns servers in the other.site.com domain
