How to add aliases or domains via PHP to openserver?

I am making a website with link shortener + iplogger. How can I make sure that every user can add their own custom domains to my site? The site is on a dedicated server on openserver. If you create a folder with a domain in the openserver/domains folder via php, then the user domains and domains of other sites are shifted. I will do to add my domain, I will need to specify an A record with the IP address of my dedik in the NS records of the domain.
