How to add additional fields when registering as a list on the DLE engine?

Good day. Help solve the problem with the DLE engine. How to add a new field in the form of a list to the registration? There are hacks on the web for adding a new field, but no hack for adding a list. I need the list to be in the registration itself, and not after it. Adding a list through additional fields is not suitable. Can you tell me how to add a required field in the form of a list to the registration?
