Can I link an existing site to Wordpress?

Stupid question:
There is a small business card site. The section of photo galleries and posters is updated in it periodically. Now all this economy is directly crammed into the html code, and in order to add a photo from a new event, you need to explicitly add a new piece of code to the page.
Can this site be linked to wp so that these small updates are done through the panel? Or will you have to create exactly the same right in it?
