How to add a theme for webstorm?

Tell me how to add a new theme in webstorm 8?
Need a solarized light theme. It seems that I found ethanschoonover.com/solarized , but I don’t understand how to put it. In version 7 it was easier, you had to put this https://github.com/cweagans/phpstorm-solarized file into a folder, but it does not fit in version 8.
