How to add a site to the portfolio?

As soon as there was at least some material for the portfolio, I immediately decided to start doing it, therefore the portfolio is the first in my life.
With the addition of layout examples and just all sorts of interesting things (such as bookmarklet generator) to the portfolio, I didn’t see any difficulties, but how can I humanly add a site that I made to the portfolio?
(by saying “done”, I mean “did all the dirty work for the client”: bought a domain, bought hosting, installed wordpress, picked up a theme, came up with and put together a relatively default landing page. That is, in fact, there is nothing of mine, except for a couple of lines JS and CSS, everything else either belongs to the client or wordpress.org, I just combined the existing materials and slightly filed the design
) I want to show only the main page,
1. You can post a large screenshot of the main page,
2. You can press Ctrl + S on the main page and put the link to the result in the portfolio,
3. You can simply post a link to the site along with the preview.
The first option is just foolishness in its purest form, it is here only for encyclopedia.
The third option seemed the most logical to me, but what should I do if, over time, the main page of the site is changed (well, for example, the client decides to change the background image of one of the blocks or even rebrand), and I want the person looking at my portfolio to see exactly that an option that I created, if only because I consider my choice of the most recent background image to be successful?
The second option is probably the golden mean between the first and third options, because it is not as stupid as the first and is not subject to the main problem of the third option, but what if there are some pitfalls that I did not foresee?...
So what else can be options?

3rd option, the link is not so important, they will come in - they will see that the domain has been bought and the organization is the same, this will be enough to understand that the work is not fake
