How to add a share button for *.wordpess.com to the site?

Hello. I have a site. The site has articles. I need to add a share button, when clicked, the article will be rummaged / cross-posted to my blog on wordpress.com (for example, po.wordpress.com). Something like the way LiveJournal works.
Can you tell me if this is possible?

Do you need the article to be reposted or crossposted? If you repost, then there is such a good plugin as social icons, you can manage the services in which site users can repost your article. If it’s a crosspost, then you need to write your own plugin, because I haven’t personally met plugins like what you describe.
