When incoming calls to elastix come in, the numbers are stored with 7, but without a plus. That is, 79998539045, so you can’t dial them right away. How to make it save inboxes with +7 (or 8 instead of +7).

You are probably trying to dial missed messages from the phone in this way. Make another route to the same trunk, just start the number without the "+".
It will be much simpler and more correct than processing AON when entering the PBX.
