How to add a new WAN2 interface to the pfsense gateway with static an address that already has WAN1 with an address from the /24 subnet?

there is a gateway on pfsense 2.4.4 (3 network)
1 - WAN
2 - LAN
3 - OPT (WAN2)
1 static white WAN address, for example 99.44.55.57 (10 Mbps)
The provider issues the 2nd static address. 99.44.55.123 (20 Mbps )
the mask for both 255.255.255.0 is the
gateway 99.44.55.1
at the moment the main interface is the first at 10 Mbps (Internet + vpn + etc.) there is not enough speed.
Therefore, I wanted to divide:
into the 2nd WAN interface: Internet, mail, etc. outgoing traffic)
on the 1st WAN leave:
nothing foreshadowed trouble...
The main snag arose when trying to add a new OPT interface with the 2nd address
Pfsens swears does not allow adding an address with an error, such as an address from one network segment.
Please tell me, Dear Gurus, how to do everything competently in this situation according to the conditions of the task.

@Tabletko

Add one more address to the wan interface and work with it. Why do you need a second physical interface if it's the same provider and the same subnet?
