How to add your own meta tag in Joomla 3.7.3 to verify the site in Yandex Webmaster?
I go to Template Manager -> Templates and there is no way to view or edit the template code.
Or maybe you can create a .html file at the root of the admin panel somehow?
There is no access to FTP.

Template manager - Templates - click "Parameters template_name", then click on index.php to open this file for editing. In the index.php file, find where it opens <head>and paste the Yandex verification code there.
