Please tell me how to add a link in the footer so that it leads to a specific page?
I'm trying through the admin panel, incl. edit mode, go down to the footer add an item, but why is the item added both to the footer and to the top menu. How is it correct to create a menu item that is a link to a specific page, do you need to create a separate page in addition and link them? Tell me please.

You have the same menu for header and footer. Either split the menu, or insert it by hand in the template. This is offhand.
