How to add a gift to the cart automatically?

Hello, there is a condition that when you set a basket for 7000, a gift from the condition is free. Only the gift has to be put into the basket by hand, so that it is free.

Adding a gift from such conditions should be automatic (on reaching the condition), and also, if the condition was violated (for example, something was removed from the order and the order amount was reduced below the condition), the gift should be removed from the basket and not be considered free.
