How to add a Full-text search component to an instance of SQL Server 2008R2 Express?

Hello.
I have a Windows Server 2003 SBS SP2 with SQL Server 2008R2 Express installed. Initially, there was no full-text search component, but now it is needed. I downloaded SQLEXPRADV_x86_RUS, launched it - only those that already exist appear in the list of components. What's the matter?
