How to add a d-link DCS-920 camera?

I'm trying to add a DCS-920 camera to zoneminder, but I'm getting a blue screen instead of an image. mjpeg stream.
I use settings general - source: remote.
Tried to connect: Hostname
- login:[email protected] and just ipadress
Path on remote host:

• /mjpeg.cgi?user=login&password=pass&channel=0
  
• /mjpeg.cgi?
  
• /VIDEO.CGI?
  
• /image/jpeg.cgi
  
• /MJPEG.CGI
  
• /video.cgi?resolution=VGA
  
• /image.jpg
  

None of this works. Maybe someone has experience connecting such cameras - tell me how to set it up? The example from the zm wiki doesn't work.
I want to note that login:[email protected]:80/mjpeg.cgi?user=login&password=pass&channel=0 works fine in Ispy.
