How to add a color from an image to the Adobe Illustrate Color Picker?

I have a picture with color. I want to add this color to the palette. I've searched the internet and haven't found anything like it. Maybe I just didn't look closely. How can I do that?

you take the color with a pipette and then in the swatches panel you click the new swatch button
