How to add a button to Total Commander to open any file in a specific program?

Greetings to all those who are not indifferent!
Please help me find solutions for this use case: in Total Commander, when I press the F4 key, I open all text files in Notepad ++, but I would like to open files with certain extensions in the portable version of Sublime Text 3. I want to select the file on the toolbar press a special button, which will open the files I need in Sublime Text 3.
Is it possible to add such a button and how to configure it correctly?

@zapara

You can hang any program on f3 by type:

If you want a button on the panel, then something like this:

Write the path to the program in which to open.
The button is added to the panel simply: right click on the panel -> change. In the window that opens, choose where to add, click "add" and write commands as in the screenshot. Don't forget to specify an icon - otherwise it will be a separator.
