How to adapt c w3 template to cms opencart?

The crux of the matter is as follows.
There is a site toysforlove.me, made by me on opencart. Very lousy one. It was done through numerous trials and errors, there is no specialized education and deep experience.
w3layouts.com has a ton of template options. How to transfer them to opencart so that everything works fine? This thing works on the bootstrap framework.
