What should be the speed of the Internet for hosting a site on your own server?

The crux of the matter is a very very budgetary organization needs a website on (WordPress) there is a server and a white ip. Forecast for visitors up to 200 people. Documents up to 15 MB will be uploaded locally to the site. Well, articles like a blog. What internet speed is needed for download\upload to work properly (But remember that the regional organization has a very low budget for the internet)? Hanging a site on a free hosting is not advised!

Those. the server costs at office? If so, then it's easier for you to take the simplest VDS with a socket and not pay for the Internet in the office. And 1Mbit is enough for your needs, both in the network and in the office.

elasticweb.org/ru - budget hosting with payment for resources. That is, with small (200 is not enough) traffic, there will be a small payment. But there is also a payment for memory, so if there are a lot of files stored, then it can go a little more expensive. I use this hosting for development (that is, there is no traffic except me), and I have been spending 1 dollar for 4 months, and there are still 0.85$ left :)

The fee for a white IP is already + 100 rubles. If you can afford 100 rubles, then why not allocate the same amount for hosting. If I were you, I would still use Hostinger.ru, their free rate is very good.
