How to adapt a foreign online store for Russian users?

I am not a programmer and not an IT specialist, so I ask you not to throw stones.
Essence of the question:
1. There is a foreign online store with a working system of delivery and payment acceptance.
2. I am interested in promoting their products in Russia.
3. The product is specific and requires serious efforts to promote the brand.
4. Is there a technological possibility to make it possible to use their catalog, their payment acceptance system, their delivery system, but the entire site would be adapted to work with Russian users, namely:
- translation of the site
- prices in rubles (automatic conversion at the rate)
- the money goes to them, but with the appropriate remark (for the return of interest)
5. They agree in principle, but are waiting for suggestions on how this might work.
In general, I need help in compiling this proposal.

It's 100% dependent on how their site is made, so it's up to them to tell you if it's possible or not.
There is another option - to parse (or receive an upload) their catalog, make a completely separate site and create orders through some API of their site. Again, it all comes down to their website.
