Machine translation from one language to another

Is there a special dictionary for translating program interfaces?

There is a task to translate some interfaces into Russian. I would like the translation to more or less comply with generally accepted terminology standards (which are often not entirely logical and correct, but everyone has been familiar with since the first Russian versions of Windows, Office, etc.) and not “cut the eye” accustomed to Russian versions of software , but there is no Russian-language software to peep at hand. So, do you know if there are dictionaries somewhere on the Web with examples of translating elements of office software interfaces?
I’m sitting here, thinking, for example, how to call “Custom” in Russian and I’m afraid that no matter what I come up with, it will not be that in Russian versions of the usual software, usually in its place.

Microsoft Language Portal
www.microsoft.com/Language/en-US/Default.aspx
Has online glossary search, translates from any to any; You can also download it offline with an MSDN/TechNet subscription.

how to call "Custom" in Russian

In what context is this word? and what function it performs. Here I think the special dictionary will not help. The context is also important, because the English-language name of the button / item may not fully correspond. I think it needs a very individual approach.
did not hurt the eyes of those accustomed to Russian versions of software

and here it is better to test on a small group of potential users of the program.

For almost ten years, a free English-Russian dictionary of computer terms has been compiled:
engcom.org.ru/
At one time it was used by the translators of the GNOME and KDE projects.
