How to activate Ready Boost on Windows 8.1 SSD?

There is port 3.1 and a very fast flash drive for this port. I would like and prick to make the flash drive either:
a) work with the ridibus function
b) created as a non-removable partition and throw the swap file
of the problem there. if there is an ssd in Windows, then for some reason Windows decides that everything is ok, and does not allow to make a ridibus,
how to make a system partition from a flash drive and transfer the swap file there, I don’t know
the question is not “why”, but “how”.
I tried all the methods from Google.
looking forward to the community :)

Install HDD instead of SSD.
Problems. if there is an ssd in Windows, then for some reason Windows decides that everything is OK, and does not allow to do a ridibus
It is logical, what for to do it if there is an SSD?
I don’t know how to make a system partition from a flash drive and transfer the swap file there
These are two different questions.
To make a system partition, you need to create a partition on a USB flash drive and put the system there.
If you need to move the swap file there - just specify the letter of the volume on which you want to place the swap and that's it.
I hope you understand that creating a swap file on a flash drive is stupid? There will be brakes when accessing the paging file, and the flash drive will quickly fail.
