How to activate bot on discord.py?

What should I do to make the bot work? Everything is there, but I don't know what to do.

0) Download Python3, go to the directory with the bot.
1) Activate the virtual environment.
Linux:
Windows:
2) Edit the file nyu_1.py -> last line (as I understand it, put something there instead of xx-id
3) Run the file nyu_1.py python nyu_1.pyorpython3 nyu_1.py
