How to achieve ListView shift using SwipeRefreshLayout (SupportLib 21)?

In 21 (or maybe a little earlier) the Support Library changed the work of SwipeRefreshLayout, now the ListView does not move down when swiping down (as in 19 SuppLib), but a circle with a rotating arrow moves forward. I looked at the mana, the stack, and did not find it, is it possible to force the ListView to drop when swiping using standard SwipeRefresh tools?
