How to achieve an understanding of financial and legal issues in the field of IT?
I have a basic understanding of project management and product development methodologies from a developer's perspective. I delved into the processes that take place at my place of work, but I get very lost as soon as it comes to paying taxes, employment contracts, and in general some simple terms that are inherent, perhaps, not only in IT business.
Where can I get this knowledge? Maybe there are some articles, courses or books that are required reading? (inb4: I understand that with experience comes gradual realization, but I need much faster)

for an IT specialist (and not only) there is no need to delve into this, unless it is related to his application area.
it is much more practical / more efficient / more profitable to give these questions to the side of specially trained people.
on payment of taxes, employment contracts
Apparently, you have some reason to be interested in non-core industries. I advise you to clearly set goals.
If you are an employee, then you should not be responsible for drawing up contracts, paying taxes and accounting. If there are any personal issues, but it is better to deal with these issues, and not study the subject from scratch. For example, they withhold some amounts from your salary and say that these are taxes, which means you need to study personal income tax. And not all of the 23 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, but a specific norm.
In fact, if you plan to go into business, then you need to know some basics. But to do this, first understand what exactly. In addition to the Codes, there are many laws - for example, corporate parties - the Law on LLC, public procurement - Laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ, migration legislation (if non-citizens of the Russian Federation work), currency regulation (if counterparties are foreigners).
Literature, courses and everything else abound. But if you start to study randomly, then waste your time. Also, the law is changing.
So decide and write what specifically interests you
