How to access your site by IP after installing LAMP?

Such a problem: I installed LAMP on Ubuntu according to this instruction , specified IP in ServerName, configured UFW (unblocked HTTP traffic), I go to IP from another PC, zero response, localhost works.
How to fix the situation?
