How to access the user folder if connected to the hard drive via USB from another computer?

Bought SSD for laptop instead of HDD. I decided to connect the HDD via USB to the computer in order to download the necessary files, but it doesn’t let me into my own folder) If I click “continue”, the green bar will run for a long time in the address bar, but I won’t be able to access it. I am attaching the screen.
