How to access the site in iPhone 5?

This is the question customers ask me))) Guys, is there something wrong with my customers, or with the browser on the IPhone? from Yandex (or Google, I don’t know what is there), and not the site itself opens. Since the sites are new, of course, search engines do not show it. And as for evil, I don’t have an iphone to check. As a result, the customer cannot view the site :DDD How would you explain to such a customer what needs to be done? Maybe I can explain too :D

In general, I haven’t come across it on my iPhone, but maybe there are some special browsers there.
Once a client said so, but after that I decided to go the easy way.
Send a link to the phone to the client in the form of SMS.
Pushed and opened.
And as mentioned above, send the full path with http://...

To open the site directly, rather than trigger a search, you need to drive in the exact address that starts with http://
