How to access composer commands?

I type composer in the terminal and it says

"php" is not an internal or external
command, operable program, or batch file.

How can this be fixed? to not access the console or is it better to do to openserver switch settings?

In PHPStorm
ctrl+alt+s -> in the php search -> interpreter field (click on the ellipsis) -> there "+" Other local to it in the PHP executable field). Specify the same php version as you have in openserver.

  • In openserver -> settings -> find the tab where to add applications (or links, I don’t remember something like that) -> there specify the path to PhpStorm64.exe (well, or PhpStorm.exe if you have x86).
I added a new "IDE" category there and pushed PhpStorm.
First we start openserver, only then PHPStrom from openserver .
    Should work
