The essence of the problem is this:
there is a PC, namely a Macbook with MacOS and Win7x64 installed in parallel. You need to remotely install Kaspersky Anti-Virus. It is installed from the server and downloads the license there.
When you try to install, the following window appears:
Neither the Firewall is turned on on the computer (error 0x80070422), nor windows update (error 8072F76).
I tried a decent amount of actions described in the forums on this issue, as you understand - it does not help.

Well, perhaps the infection is already full there (usually they torment MS Firewall)
