Does a computer that is not in an Active directory domain receive an access token after authorization?

Hello, please help me find the answer to my questions
1) Does the computer not included in the domain use the Kerberos protocol to authorize local users
2) Does the computer not included in the domain use tokens?
3) The computer in the domain that received the token from the DC is the same as the token in the computer not in the domain

Thank you in advance
