How to access a LUKS encrypted disk?

There was a problem, I bought an HDD and put it in a computer on Ubuntu I
created a LUKS encrypted partition in it I created a logical partition, everything was done through the Disks utility
It was perfectly defined, mounted, I transferred the necessary files there. Worked. I rebooted the computer
and it is defined as an empty disk now =(
Connected to another hardware, booted from life SD, the problem is similar
What can I try? Why did this happen?
