How to access a local site through steam?

Hello, that's the gist!
I have a website, it's in denver, I want to check it out.
The site is logged in through steam, but when I press enter it says - "You must have either https wrappers or curl enabled."
Well duck here, the question is how to log in to the local site through Steam. The site is under construction, so I do not put on hosting!

Uncomment the line in the php.ini file to enable curl (remove the semicolon at the beginning of the line):
In general, it’s better to do everything not on the LAN, rent a hosting in digitalOcean for example, you can find it for free if you find coupons, or look for other free ones.
