How to accept photos as one message per user?

Hello, I am writing a bot on node-telegram-bot-api. I need to take 10 photos and when the user sends them to me they come in the form of 10 separate messages, but I build a message chain and I accept the first photo, and I perceive the subsequent ones as answers to further questions in the message chain. Can you please tell me how to take 10 photos? Thank you!
