How to accept payments online from individuals for individual entrepreneurs?

I want to start accepting payments from individuals (now I work only by bank transfer from legal entities) in the field of web development (services). All payments are online, only by cards. I see the process as: sending a link to the client, where the payment form opens -> payment processing by the acquirer -> sending data to the tax office -> automatically sending a check to the client. As far as I understand, this requires 2 banking products: an online cash desk (54-FZ) and Internet acquiring
Information is difficult to find, maybe I formulate search queries in a wrong way. I ask for help from colleagues who have gone this way :)
1) How to properly connect the cash register and acquiring? Will the data enter the cash register automatically or does it need to be entered manually?
2) How complicated is the process if the acquiring bank is different from the bank where the account is opened?
3) Which cash desk to choose and what features can be neglected? paper checks are not needed, paypas.

Do you really have such a turnover that you want to bother with all this? pay every year for the cash register, its connection and maintenance, commissions from banks or payment aggregators? I don’t think that someone will pay for your services through a dubious link, you need a site where there will be all the information on the rules of trade, and everything that stores usually place.
The easiest way to use is a PD-4 receipt, which an individual pays in cash through any bank, or manually enters it in the remote banking system, if any, and pays like utility bills. If I'm not mistaken, in this case, the fiscal cash desk and the check are not required.

@Survtur

I use Robokassa - robots. As a result, I pay 3% of incoming payments for the fact that they took over all the cash activities.
