If it is assumed that the user can replenish the balance on the site with further spending of these points (1 point = 1 ruble), is it necessary to somehow pay tax for this, because in fact no services were provided to the user, but only a transfer was made from an individual to a legal entity ( IP)
And if not, how then to reflect this information in the tax when the user still performs some paid action?

Perhaps it depends on how the contract is drawn up, but it's unlikely that you want to be a bank.
So only the deposit of money on the front is taxed (with all the consequences - printing a check).
Further transactions with a personal account are not fiscal and you do not need to pay anything extra from this.
