How the provider's network differs from the corporate network in construction. (packet tracer)?

Student. I got the task to build a corporate network for several houses, with different servers (dhsp, lan, web ...) I never encountered this. Did only a corporate local area network. What is the difference in construction between them?

1. Vandal resistance in the home network should be higher, since you are not the owner of all the premises, you must be prepared that the wires can be cut, switches in public places can be stolen.
2. Difficulties with the placement of equipment in key locations (usually need to be coordinated with the housing office)
3. Security in the corporate network is usually lower - everyone sees each other. In the provider's network, everyone should see the Internet, and not each other.
