I strongly ask you not to throw stones, I just recently started my journey and would like to have order right away. Are there any rules about how the project tree should look like at this time? Of course, I understand that this is not the coat in the picture, but purely for the sake of an example, I threw it here to understand the picture as a whole. Thanks everyone for the replies

There is no standard, especially in layout. Your structure will not be complicated one way or another - three folders one way or another: styles, scripts and pictures + page files.
If the layout is complex, then you can already think about splitting into blocks and groups, but no more.
There is some kind of structure in projects on frameworks, only there this is a frequent occurrence. In other cases - as you wish.
