How should changing site information be stored in the database?

There are contact details on the site (phone numbers, e-mail, addresses, etc.).
They said that such information should be stored in the database.
But I have no idea what name to give the database, how to name the columns and how many columns to create.
Z.Y. I am not allowed to use CMS.
