How SEO-bad is a redesign?

There is a young site that has not yet been launched in PS. In two months it is planned to make a redesign (The structure remains the same).
Question. How harmful (and is it harmful at all) to a young site if you launch it for indexing now, and change the design in two months? Is it worth waiting for a new design and launching it after its implementation, or launch it now, wait for indexing (just search engines will index the site in less than 1-2 months) and introduce a redesign?

If you keep the structure and content, then nothing will happen to it

The site should be allowed to be indexed if after the redesign you do not plan to radically change the theme, content, semantic core and structure of the site.
Yes, and in case of a change in the structure, a 301 redirect will help you.

the design will not be affected in any way if you do not split the structure into a more detailed one - and the content remains the same - no changes will occur, except for visual ones for
