How realistic is it to get a job in a foreign company with 9 months of commercial experience as a full-stack C# + JS / TS + MS Dynamics? At the same time, I just worked remotely. If yes, what is the estimated salary? Since the idea of continuing to gain experience in Russia for at least another year is a very controversial idea.
UPD: I can definitely communicate in writing in English, orally on everyday topics, too.

Absolutely unrealistic. You will be surpassed by the second candidate with more experience than you.
About one tenth of a parrot out of 10. Judging by the description of skills, it is easier for you to get a job in an outsourcing company, most likely for an internship or one of the entry-level positions.
If you are not considering working for an intermediary company, then you need to have the skills of a senior developer or very good skills of an intermediate developer and an English level of about upper-intermediate (written and spoken). Formal work experience does not really play a role, it is more important what level of tasks you can solve. Three years, as you pointed out, is about the bottom bar. Ordinary people need 5-7 years of commercial experience on average to acquire all these skills.
