WebMoney has been dead for a long time, like Qiwi. Both desks are still abomination.

In Ukraine, WebMoney is prohibited. In Russia, it seems to have been supplanted by Yandex.
I still have a couple of hundred dollars left, I pour it on toys and Russian streamers
