How pfsense manage traffic?

The problem is this. There is a PFsense gateway, an external device comes to it on WAN1 65 Mb / s. And there is one more WAN2 90 Mb/s comes to it. Raise a PPPoE server and connect clients to it. There are 3 clients in total. Traffic is shaped for clients on the Firewall Rules PPPoE Server gray IP client and the shaper is rigidly set. One client is shaping at 10 Mb/s on WAN1, the second at 40 Mb/s, the third at 15 Mb/s. And of course, rules were created on Traffic Shaper. It turns out WAN2 is not used yet. The task is to make it so that some of the traffic would go through WAN2 and some through WAN1?
