How overloaded is the hetzner?

Everything is beautifully painted on the site with beautiful prices. 200mbit (it's not clear here, in both directions 200 or 100 in one, 100 in the other) are guaranteed for each server with a 1Gbit connection (with the cost of a server rented up to 80 euros, it seems). Who uses similar plans, how much speed is possible there more than 200 Mbps? You just need several servers that are not very powerful, but with a good channel. I see no reason to take more than 60 euros for a piece of iron.

In addition to the fact that Hetzner is not responsible for communicating with your clients - do you have full gigabit up to ANY of your clients, including all INTERMEDIATE gateways?
