How often should headings be used on a website?

Hello.
Let me tell you right now, I'm just a hobbyist. I like to spend my time (when I have it) upgrading my site... but it's not clear to me how it should be right or better in the code...
I'm trying to figure out how to raise my site to the top (once he had good traffic).
Using various resources, I noticed that the tests give out:

Тег H1 повторяется больше чем один раз.
H1: 10 H2: 7 H3: 1 H4: 0 H5: 0 H6: 0

It's just that I understand that these headings are more important for bots than for a simple reader, because. With the help of CSS, you can do a lot of visual perception...

For example, I have something like this on the main page of the site now:
in the header: in the main:<h1>название (типа ООО "Рога и Копыта")</h1>
<h1>название статьи</h1>
далее контент

in the sidebar: further links with a brief description of the articles in the form:<h1>Свежие записи</h1>
<a><h1>Заголовок статьи</h1></a>
<p>краткое описанием статьи</p>

in footer: none at all.
Question:
Maybe someone can advise from the literature on the site structure?
Can anyone tell me how many of these headings should be optimal?

You have the initial stage of the SEO brain. This is dangerous.
Switch before it's too late. Focus on content, not search engines.
More seriously.
You need to understand the purpose of the main semantic elements of html - h1-h6, header, footer, section, article, main, aside.
Mark up the main content of the page - main. This is the only element on the page.
Mark up secondary content - aside, as much as you like
Mark up main content - article, section, header, footer
Many people argue about article and section. About what goes into what. Well, I will not insist on some option, read the arguments of both sides on the Internet.
Mark up separate semantic content blocks inside article/section - h1-h6, header, footer
That's all.
Further details. Main should have a title. use h1.
An article may or may not have its own h1 heading and any number of h2-h6 subheadings,
and so on.
In general, you need to read about the purpose of these elements. It is possible in the specification, if you master it, you can search for articles with chewing.
