How not to miss the relocation bonus?

Soon there will be a question of moving to another city, where I bought an apartment on a mortgage. Some companies provide a relocation bonus for non-residents in the amount of 50-120 thousand rubles (good money). I will move there at the moment when it is already built, therefore I will immediately apply for registration, which in the near future will make me not a non-resident. Can the company in this case not pay the relocation bonus or make claims to me that I "deceive" them? Of course, I understand that I am becoming a local, but a mortgage payment is in no way inferior, for example, to a payment for renting a living space. And for the first time, I also need some support, given that the apartment will be "naked" :-)
Who thinks what? Can anyone share their experience of receiving a relocation bonus, are they asking for any documents for this, and what is the likely outcome in my situation?

Companies have very different conditions, you need to honestly talk with those who hire you. This bonus is both motivational in nature (so that you would choose their company) and acts as a smoothing effect from moving for the first time (which improves the position of a new employee in the first months, relieves stress and generally makes the move itself possible).
So your registration and registration does not play a special role, of course, if you do not come across a company with terrible formalism.
The fact that you will eventually live in your own housing is only a plus for the company, although a mortgage is not the best solution.

it depends purely on the company
itself, the company itself and you need to be interested

Of course, because that's what you're doing - cheating.
Rent per month + deposit per month + commission to the agent. Inferior.
