How not to get banned when transferring content from one of your sites to another?

I had two sites on the same topic. And one of them is developing more successfully, and the second one has completely stalled - but it still has a lot of rather useful articles that may be of interest to users of the first site.
If I transfer all the articles from one site to another, will Yandex and Google consider that I simply stole the content? I want to completely close an unsuccessful site, but I understand that its pages will be in the Yandex cache for a long time, so is there a ban on me when transferring content? How to solve this problem?

Solve the problem with 301 page redirects. To do this, do not immediately close the old site, but set up redirects from all the old pages, the content of which you transferred to another domain.
In this case, sanctions for the content do not threaten you.
UPD: Info from Yandex
