How not to display a component on the detail view page in Bitrix?

There is a page that displays a complex news component, and after it another news list component. When you go to the detailed view page from the complex component, both the detailed view and the news list component are displayed on the page. If I put the news list call into news.list/.default/template.php of a complex component, then I can't edit anything in the visual editor. How to do it right?

1) Display a list of news in the news.php file of the complex component.
2) Clearly check through GerCurPage which page we are on
